Sterling Silver Spoons

This month’s Artifacts of the Month are 3 sterling silver spoons from the Clara Barton National Park Site  in Glen Echo, Md. It was the headquarters of the American Red Cross in the late 1800s and where Clara Barton lived for a number of years until her death in 1912.

Included with the spoons is a certificate of authenticity (see text below). The spoons were given to the BHS by Sean and Crystal Piotrowski.
