Carol Manger worked in Trenton over 20 years and is active with the Friends For Abbott Marshlands, volunteering her photographic tours of the Marshlands including the Bordentown Bluffs, for use on their Facebook page, online website and multiple Inspiration Showcases. She was recently given an honorable mention at the Yearly Meeting for her volunteer efforts.
She had 3 photographs displayed online in the 2020 Ellarslie “Not-Quite-Open”. Her photographs sold at the 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2020 Art All Night Trenton, where she also volunteered on their Photography team.
Her Trenton Makes Bridge photo was featured on the Trent House website heralding the Art All Day Trenton in 2016.
Manger had Honorable Mentions at the 2015 and 2016 Juried Photography Show at the Ocean County Artist Guild and has contributed photographs for the Trenton YMCA brochure, Catholic Charities GADD Program Journal, the Jackson Township NJ website, and Thomas Edison State University. She is part of The Photographers Group out of Frenchtown that has published a book of their photographs and have an outdoor themed seasonal display.
She recently enjoyed exploring a different view of the Bordentown Bluffs and the Crosswicks Creek by kayak, hosted by D&R Greenway, Splash and Cie Kayaks!
